Return Policy
- Any defective item or incorrectly shipped item will be reshipped or refunded at our expense.
- We accept returns of books ordered in error, if returned within 30 days of purchase, however the customer must pay return shipping.
- Unless defective, CDs must be unopened in order to be returned.
- All books or accessories must be in new condition to qualify for a return.
- Only books and CDs purchased on this website are eligible for return. If a book was purchased elsewhere, please contact that retailer to arrange a return with them.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a package is deemed non-deliverable, we will cancel your order and refund your money. In this case, you may place another order but we recommend either using another shop or visiting www.learnstrings.com for PDF downloadable books.
